Glenn Hubbard served as President George W. Bush's top economic adviser before joining Columbia University's Graduate School of Business in 2004 as dean. Hubbard recently sat down with Fortune's Nin-Hai Tseng for a wide-ranging discussion including the debate about the debt ceiling, his brief (and albeit ambushed) moment in the popular documentary Inside Job, as well as the culture of corporate America and business schools following the financial crisis.
